When you place an order, we collect: parent name, phone number, email address, delivery address, kid's name, and chosen edition. This information is necessary to process and fulfill your order.
Your data is used only for: processing your payment via ToyyibPay, manufacturing your custom number plate, delivering your order, and contacting you about your order. We do not use your data for marketing unless you explicitly opt in.
Order data is stored securely in ToyyibPay (payment processor) and our Neon PostgreSQL database (hosted on Vercel/AWS us-east-1). We retain order records for accounting purposes.
This site uses Umami, a privacy-focused analytics platform. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across websites. All analytics data is anonymized.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except where required to fulfill your order (ToyyibPay for payment processing, courier for delivery).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
